Rihanna is a 2009 Woman of the Year and SO IS THAT DRESS!!!!

Glamour Magazine’s Women of the Year Awards were held at NYC’s Carnegie Hall Monday night. Rihanna along side other incredible women such as Miya Angelou, Maria Shriver, Laura Ling received awards for representing women in 2009 with great class and virtuosity. Rihanna accepted the “Back-On-Top Superstar” award from supermodel Iman and speaks on how she is hoping her recent domestic violence issues are lessons learned to the millions of young women around the world that are struggling with the same issues and inturn saving lives…BIG THUMBS UP TO RIHANNA. What a way to turn a negative into a huge positive.

BUT OHH THAT DRESS!!!!. Fabulous! As Rihanna slowly walked to the stage she says, “As usual I decided to wear the tightest dress I could find” and SHE WORE IT WELL. The dress ivory satin Mermaid gown designed by Stephane Rolland. It is definitely something different from her usual (but still HOT) Rock-n-Roll punk look. She said she wanted something different to capture the night and represent the momentous year that changed her life. NeverHeardof Rihanna Having one look…I ABSOLUTELY LOVE IT!!!
