DC Sniper Pronounced Dead at 9:11pm 11/10/2009

Muhammad died silently Tuesday night in a Virginia prison death chamber filled with lawyers and his victims’ family members. After the execution, Steven Moore said he thought about Muhammad’s accomplice, Lee Boyd Malvo, who received a life sentence for their crimes.

His death is never going to bring their loved ones back, however justice has been served in a sense.
